The bluebells have eventually arrived, much later than last year due to this year’s cold, wintery start to spring. This is the electric railway crossing on Old Laxey Hill which leads down to the bay.
I’ll be honest, I took these photographs of Starflyer in Manchester Piccadilly with the intention of using them for last week’s photo challenge “From above”. I’ve been distracted and missed the deadline but by chance, I can see a pattern in there too!
As it just a few short weeks away from this year’s TT festival when the island will come alive and double it’s population with TT visitors, I decided that a post about the culture of my adopted home had to be linked to the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy (TT) Racing.
