I spent last week visiting the lovely country of Montenegro. These photographs were taken from Our Lady of the Rocks, Perast in the Bay of Kotor and give a very slight hint of the stunningly beautiful mountains, lakes, architecture and history on offer.

Laxey Glen Mill
Most of the year, it’s very easy to forget about this flour mill tucked away in the village, under the bridge, surrounded by the glen but it seems to come alive when autumn sets in.

I spotted these sweetheart brooches in the German Underground Museum in Guernsey.
If you like history, it’s an interesting place to visit displaying lots of artefacts relating to the WW2 German Occupation of the Channel Islands.
Corfu old town
It’s that time of year again when the cold, windy, wet weather has started to wear very thin and I’m dreaming about travel and a warm climate. I published some Greek posts last year but for some reason I missed out Corfu Town with it’s beautiful architecture and charm.

..in their flying machines. Oh and not forgetting the women. I have to post this just to stop the song going around and around in my head.
Lovely exhibition at MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry) Manchester if you’re a fan of aviation.
