(I’ve photographed Eurasian Coot chicks when a few days old too. They do look so funny).
Thanks Vicki. I couldn’t get a sharp photograph unfortunately. There were 4 chicks yesterday so I’ll try and get a sharper shot today.

Actually, I was just thinking how fluffy they looked! Beautiful chicks – and mother though. We have very few of those around here – just a couple of a tarn up the village.
