      Sorry Carol, I don’t know, I was hoping that you would tell me as you’re very good with plant names. This is currently growing wild along Clay Head Road – I’ve never spotted it before.

         Unfortunately I’m not! It looks like a cross between a thistle and what we call a ‘Tiger & Cubs’ – but it isn’t either…
